Breakfast was amazing, with a wide array of made-to-order dishes! The location next to Avenida Paulista offered easy access to attractions, and the superb service made our time truly enjoyable.
While the room was comfortable for sleeping, the noise from Avenida Paulista disrupted the experience, and the decor felt slightly older than expected.

The Executive Double Room was spacious and nicely decorated. The bed was super comfy, which made sleeping a breeze. However, the bathroom felt a bit cramped, and I noticed the lighting could be way better for things like shaving. Also, the windows didn't block much noise from the street, so earplugs might be necessary. Overall, the room had good vibes with a cozy atmosphere, just a few tweaks would make it even better!

The staff truly went above and beyond to ensure my family felt comfortable during our stay. They were attentive and accommodating, making our experience much better. The hotel is situated in a clean area with easy access to fantastic restaurants, and the city view was breathtaking from our room.
However, there were some issues that detracted from a full 5-star experience.
